30th Annual Richmond Thanksgiving Soccer Tournament – October 7-9, 2023

This page will be updated regularly and contains information for the Boys U11-U13 Festival taking place on October 7 & 8.

2 Match day rosters are required for each game.

Please note that there are 140 boys teams (242 teams overall) in the tournament/festival. All fields in Richmond (turf and grass) are being used from morning to night, back to back. Unless there has been a grievous error by the tournament scheduler, e.g., two games scheduled on the same field at same time, requests to change game times will not be accepted due to the impact across the entire tournament. The tournament scheduler has done the best job to accommodate all requests relating to teams travelling from out of town. Thank-you.

NO PARENTS/SPECTATORS ON THE FIELDS. Only coaches/players/officials are permitted on the turf fields. Please tell your parents/spectators that they are not permitted to stand on the turf fields to watch. Tournament staff will ask non-coaches/players/officials to move off the fields and to the outside of the fences. Thank-you for your co-operation in preserving Richmond turf fields.

Canopies/Shelters: 

There will be 17 grass fields and 10 turf fields in use for this tournament. The organizing committee does not have the capacity to provide team canopies at each of these fields for each team, so please feel free to bring your own canopies (and benches). Permanent shelters are only in place at Minoru 2 and 3 (11v11 set-up).
