30th Annual Richmond Thanksgiving Soccer Tournament – October 7-9, 2023

This page will be updated regularly. A friendly reminder from your tournament registration (you clicked the box acknowledging you had to do this) that you must enter your team roster into your PowerUp account by October 2, 2023. This roster will be kept on file at the tournament desk should there be any questions regarding players on the field.

ID Cards are required – it is up to you to contact your club/district on how to get these.

2 Match day rosters (which will match your uploaded roster due October 2) are required for each game.

Please note that there are 140 boys teams in the tournament/festival. All fields in Richmond (turf and grass) are being used from morning to night, back to back. Unless there has been a grievous error by the tournament scheduler, e.g., two games scheduled on the same field at same time, requests to change game times will not be accepted due to the impact across the entire tournament. The tournament scheduler has done the best job to accommodate all requests relating to teams travelling from out of town. Thank-you.

Canopies/Shelters: 

Canopies/Shelters are located at the following turf fields – Minoru 2 and Minoru 3 . There will be 17 grass fields and 10 turf fields in use for this tournament. The organizing committee does not have the capacity to provide team canopies at each of these fields for each team, so please feel free to bring your own canopies (and benches).
